Use "Sabine Promenade" in your maps app to find this spot. It offers a classic view of the Houston skyline along with views of Buffalo Bayou and a variety of other backgrounds. Keep in mind it can get very crowded, and there's quite a bit of walking involved, so it's not the best fit for large groups or small children.
